Policies

How to book

You can book anytime through our online system or App - it’s available 24/7. If you prefer to speak to someone, feel free to call the clinic directly and our team will help find the right time for you. You’re also welcome to join our waitlist.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is considered agreement to our cancellation policy. By making any booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full booking terms. For promotional or complimentary services, card details are required to secure your booking and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. All card information is securely stored within your client profile using Phorest booking software, which operates under strict data protection and privacy standards.

Confirmation

You will receive a 48hrs reminder prior to your appointment. Please use our App or online booking system to reschedule or cancel. 

Cancellation / Reschedule

We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or modification.
To keep things streamlined, all appointment changes must be managed through our App or online booking system. We’re unable to process changes via text, phone, email, or social media.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited or a 50% fee of the total service will apply - whichever is relevant. This also includes promotional appointments and value of complimentary sessions. All booking changes must be fully confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment time so we have the opportunity to offer the space to another client.

‘No-shows’ will incur a 100% fee of the missed service.

In cases of illness or medical emergencies, we do understand compassion is sometimes needed; however, we may request a medical certificate and reserve the right to apply the policy.

Clients who repeatedly fail to meet this policy may be required to prepay future bookings in full.

Guests & Children

Please don’t bring any +1 with you to your appointment unless it’s been discussed with your therapist ahead of time.

This space is designed to feel calm, safe, and focused - for you, for the team and for every client who walks through the door.

We’re not set up to supervise children or accommodate extra guests during sessions. It’s not just a matter of logistics - it compromises the environment we work hard to protect.

Late show

Please aim to arrive on time. If you’re running late, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but your treatment may need to be shortened – and in some cases, may not be possible at all. In either case, full payment for the original booking still applies.

This allows us to honour the time of both our therapists and the clients who arrive on time.

Refund

We stand by the quality of our services and products, but due to their nature, all sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. If you receive something faulty, contact us directly with the details and we’ll look after you.
