How to book
You have the convenience of accessing our online booking system 24/7 to schedule an appointment at Sana Skin Clinic or join our waiting list. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our salon directly, and our team will be delighted to assist you in arranging your appointment.
Deposit
Please be advised that a 50% deposit payment is requisite for all bookings. These deposits will be automatically applied for online bookings or can be made in person or via telephone. For free promotional services, card details on file serve as an agreement to accept our policies. It is important to note that your card details are securely retained within your client account, and this process strictly adheres to secure privacy terms and conditions, which are diligently managed by Timely Booking Software.
Confirmation
You will receive a 48hrs reminder prior to your appointment. Please reply Y to confirm as soon as possible or contact the clinic directly to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellation
We respectfully request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or modifications. Failure to provide this requisite notice will lead to the automatic forfeiture of the deposit or treatment (if included in a package or program). The fees also applies to all and any promotional offers, even if they are free. In instances where clients consistently fail to comply with our policy, we retain the prerogative to mandate full pre-payment for services.
It is imperative to acknowledge that 'no-shows' will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the missed service or treatment.
Late show
We emphasize the importance of arriving on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are, we may need to modify the planned treatment or, in some cases, may not be able to perform it at all. It's important for clients to understand that even in these situations, full payment for the scheduled service is required. This policy is essential for us to manage our time effectively and to show respect for the schedules of our staff and it ensures a fair and efficient experience for all our clients who arrive on time.
Refund
At Sana, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of some of our products and all services, all sales made are considered final.
No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
