Policies

How to book

You can book anytime through our online system or App - it’s available 24/7. If you prefer to speak to someone, feel free to call the clinic directly and our team will help find the right time for you. You’re also welcome to join our waitlist.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is considered agreement to our cancellation policy. By making any booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full booking terms. For promotional or complimentary services, card details are required to secure your booking and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. All card information is securely stored within your client profile using Phorest booking software, which operates under strict data protection and privacy standards.

Confirmation

You will receive a 48hrs reminder prior to your appointment. Please contact the clinic directly to reschedule or cancel. 

Cancellation / Reschedule

We respectfully request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or modifications. Failure to provide this requisite notice will result in either the forfeiture of your deposit or a 50% charge of the total service fee - whichever applies. This also extends to all promotional offers, including complimentary sessions. All rebooking requests must be fully confirmed and finalized at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. This allows us a fair window to offer the session to someone else. ‘No-shows’ will incur a charge equal to 100% of the missed service or treatment. In some cases of late cancellation or absence due to medical reasons, we may request a medical certificate. We handle these situations with care - but we do reserve the right. Clients who repeatedly fail to meet this policy may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Guests & Children

Please don’t bring any +1 with you to your appointment unless it’s been discussed with your therapist ahead of time.

This space is designed to feel calm, safe, and focused - for you, for the team and for every client who walks through the door.

We’re not set up to supervise children or accommodate extra guests during sessions. It’s not just a matter of logistics - it compromises the environment we work hard to protect.

Late show

Please aim to arrive on time. If you’re running late, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but your treatment may need to be shortened – and in some cases, may not be possible at all. In either case, full payment for the original booking still applies.

This allows us to honour the time of both our therapists and the clients who arrive on time.

Refund

We stand by the quality of our services and products, but due to their nature, all sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. If you receive something faulty, contact us directly with the details and we’ll look after you.
