Do I need a skin analysis before starting treatment?
Yes. Unless you are just after a pamper - an Advanced Skin Analysis is the required starting point at SANA Skin Clinic - it identifies what's influencing your skin and what may have been missed, giving the clarity needed to build the right plan from day one.
What skin concerns does SANA Skin Clinic treat?
SANA Skin Clinic treats acne of all ages and causes - hormonal, adult, and inflammatory - along with rosacea, dermatitis, and barrier damage, sensitive and reactive skin, pigmentation, and aging concerns including texture, tone, and scarring. Treatment may combine clinical skincare, in-clinic procedures, naturopathy, and internal support depending on the individual case.
Do you treat teenagers or clients under 18?
Yes. SANA Skin Clinic treats teenage acne, congestion, sensitivity, and barrier issues, with an age-appropriate approach and a parent or guardian involved throughout.

Can internal health affect skin, and does SANA Skin Clinic address it?
Yes. Hormones, gut health, inflammation, stress, and nervous system dysregulation can all affect skin. Where relevant, SANA Skin Clinic offers naturopathy for internal drivers and nervous system support to address stress-related impacts on skin function.
Signature Programs
What are SANA's Signature Programs?
Signature Programs are structured, 6- or 12-month plans that integrate SANA Method treatments, compounded skincare, and internal support into one aligned program with built-in savings and flexible payment. They're optional - not required to receive care at SANA Skin Clinic.

Can I work with SANA Skin Clinic if I don't live in Melbourne?
Yes. SANA Skin Clinic supports clients Australia-wide through online consultations and postage options, with or without being on a Signature Program. The HOME program is one option built for interstate clients, but remote support isn't limited to it.

Getting Started
How do I know what treatment I need, and how do I start?
You don't need to know in advance - start with an Advanced Skin Analysis, which uses OBSERV 520 diagnostic imaging alongside an in-depth consultation to map exactly what your skin needs and why. It's $149, fully redeemable against any Signature Program.
If you'd rather move straight into treatment on the day rather than just the analysis, same-day packages are also available combining the consultation with treatment - no separate visit needed.
How long does it take to see results at SANA Skin Clinic?
Results timing depends on the individual skin, its drivers, and plan consistency. Some clients see change early; others need a more gradual process focused on sustainable, non-rushed results.
